SignCoders is a socially inclusive software development company. Our main goal is to create IT jobs and/or opportunities for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.

In order to achieve this, we formulated a three-point strategy: Create, Inspire and Educate.

1. For starters, we created a small developer team to test and improve our concept.
2. In order to inspire new talent, we aim to produce successful role models for the Deaf Community to follow.
3. Also, we educate future team members via school partnerships and training on the job.

During our journey we received the following awards and recognition, for which we are very grateful:
🎆 OPEN Spotlight Award 2019 - Mission Possible! / We Are Open!
🎆 Impact Startups to Watch develop solutions to help people with hearing problems / Impact Shakers
🎆 HRBest Award 2022 - Finally! / HR Fest
🎆 Prize for Social Innovation 2023 (finalist) / SozialMarie
🎆 Top20 HR Innovation in Hungary 2023 / HRmaster
🎆 Open Minded Companies Award 2023 with Prezi & Jamba Hungary Foundation / HRPower
