Kerry Smith

Kerry Smith, SPHR SHRM-SCP, has a vast amount of experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, Kerry is serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Signiant, where they have been since 2022. In this role, Kerry oversees the HR department and provides coaching and guidance to all levels of management, while also influencing the company's culture. Prior to Signiant, Kerry worked at OneDigital as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2017 to 2022. Before that, Kerry held the position of Director of Human Resources at Children's Friend and Family Services a Division of Justice Resource Institute from 2015 to 2017. Kerry also served as the Human Resources Manager at Excelitas Technologies from 2013 to 2015, where they provided generalist support to approximately 275 employees and managed recruitment efforts across the organization. From 2002 to 2013, Kerry was the Director of Human Resources at The Trustees of Reservations, managing the HR function for over 600 employees. Kerry has also held HR managerial positions at Saucony, Inc and KROHNE, as well as a HR representative role at Ivex Packaging Company. Kerry brings a wide range of experience and expertise to their current role as Vice President of Human Resources at Signiant.

Kerry Smith, SPHR SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA in Management from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, which was obtained from 1990-1994. Kerry also has a BS in Marketing from Alfred University, obtained from 1984-1988. In terms of high school education, Kerry attended Clarence High School, but no further details or degrees are provided. Additionally, Kerry has obtained additional certifications including SPHR from the HR Certification Institute in April 2016 and SHRM-SCP from SHRM in May 2015.
