Sofia Muntaner

Sofia Muntaner serves as the Head of Customer Success at Hubtype since December 2021, where leadership and management of an international team are key responsibilities, focusing on talent development, product adoption, and customer experience. Previously, Sofia held the same title at Electronic IDentification (eID) from October 2019 to December 2021, creating and expanding the Customer Success department while ensuring integration across sales and support teams. Earlier roles included Customer Success Manager at ForceManager, where account lifecycle management led to achievement of satisfaction and retention KPIs, and customer support positions at Teamleader CRM and various international business development roles. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information and Communication Management from Neisse University, complemented by studies at Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
