Dan Phan

Dan Phan is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in risk analysis and operations across multiple industries. Currently at Signifyd since October 2017, Dan has advanced through various roles, including Data Scientist I and Sr. Risk Analyst, contributing to enhancing risk management strategies. Previously, at Google, Dan served as a Risk Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included manual reviews of eCommerce accounts, fraud pattern analysis, and advising on anti-fraud processes. Dan also has a background in accounts receivable at Riviera Finance and brand ambassadorship at BrightCurrent, showcasing diverse skills in customer service and financial operations. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences with a double major in Sociology from San Jose State University between 2007 and 2014.
