Louise Cotter

Louise Cotter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud analysis and chargeback investigation. Currently serving as a Senior Chargeback Analyst and previously as a Chargeback Investigator at Signifyd since September 2019, Louise has developed a strong expertise in managing chargeback processes. Prior to this, Louise worked at Lloyds Bank from August 2013 to September 2019, spending six years in various fraud-related roles, including Senior Fraud Advisor, where responsibilities included advising customers on telephony fraud and assisting in account recovery. Louise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ulster University, completed in 2012.
