Rob Renfrew is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning. Previously, they served as VP of Engineering at Upstart, where they focused on MLOps platform modernization and the development of self-service strategies. At Google, Rob led the creation of ML-based payment risk systems and managed significant teams responsible for authentication experiences. Earlier in their career, they held managerial positions at E.piphany and are currently the VP, Head of Data and ML Platform at Signifyd. Rob holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
