Anthony Reddy is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR functions. They began their career at ICSS Software Limited as an Assistant Manager and progressed through key roles at companies like ABC Consultants, Dell, and Honeywell. From 2014 to 2018, they served as Director of BFSI and ENU Leadership Hiring at Wipro, championing a diverse workforce and inclusive culture through the "Winspire" initiative.
