Anthony Thomas

Anthony Thomas is an operations leader with extensive experience in managing plant operations, particularly in the heavy machinery and packaging equipment industries. They held the position of Senior Production Engineer at Volvo Construction Equipment from 2010 to 2015, where they were responsible for safety, quality, and cost metrics in production. Recently, they served as Head of Operations at Signode, leading P&L management and establishing a center of excellence through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Anthony earned an MBA in Lean Operations from Alliance University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KCG College of Technology.
