Monica Sanchez

Monica Sanchez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and IT operations. Currently serving as an IT PMO at Signode since March 2025, Monica drives enterprise transformation and establishes frameworks for project delivery and operational excellence. Previously, at NielsenIQ, Monica advanced organizational agility through cloud migrations and led a global team to enhance IT operations. Prior roles at Nielsen involved directing IT operations, strengthening release management, and managing high-budget projects, while earlier experience included configuration management at Freedom Scientific and AT&T. Monica holds a BS in Computer Science from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and has completed credits towards a Master's in Project Management from Universidad de Guadalajara.
