Jon's previous experience includes hospitality, service, and operations, entertainment management roles at The Walt Disney Company, Universal Destinations & Experiences, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Apple. Now that he's here at SigPro, Jon is responsible for our medium-to-long term strategic operations; leading multiple functional teams to providing unforgettable experiences for our patrons, donors, guest artists, and volunteers. In addition, Jon also handles all of our information systems & technologies needs, including computers and printers, multi-site networking, surveillance, and access control. An Eagle Scout, Jon is a self-described "servant leader" whose highest priority is the ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and success of his team members -- both here at SigPro, and in their future endeavors outside of Central Florida.
