Our Strategic Leadership team consists of Director-level positions and above. This team plans and leads respective functional teams in executing plans that are financially wise and consistent with SigPro's mission, vision, and values.

Contracts and paychecks and schedules, oh my! These are the business people without whom the creatives would burn through all the money. Ok, seriously -- theatre isn't an easy gig, but these folks make it look easy, and we're lucky to have them. 

Management - Resident Productions

They read the riders, advance the shows, and put out the fires. They rent the gear, buy the food, and book the hotels. In other words, our acts don't act without these team members!

Management - Touring Productions

This team of highly skilled professionals conceptualizes, designs, builds, paints, and installs every element of every production at The Studio Theatre Tierra del Sol. "How do they do that?!" We know, right?

Team Scenic

"Can you hear me now?" Thanks to these folks, the answer is yes. They know everything from microphone selection to set-enhancing projection. Rock shows to comedians, these folks know what good sounds like. 

Team Audiovisual

Our lighting nerds do most of their work in the dark...riddle us that...anyway, they're the kings of lamps, the queens of gel, and the dukes and duchesses of DMX cable. Don't make them mad or they'll black you out.
