David Cheung has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Mayflower from 2012 to 2018. David then worked as a Conference and Banquetting Supervisor at Croydon Park Hotel for 2 years, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service for conferences and events.

In 2020, David transitioned into the IT field and joined IT Career Switch as an IT Technician Trainee. During this time, they acquired several certifications and developed skills in troubleshooting, technical support, and desktop support for different operating systems and applications.

David further expanded their IT expertise at Gallagher, where they held two roles.
