Iina Rantala

Iina Rantala has a diverse background with extensive experience in human resources and business administration. Rantala's career began with seasonal and summer positions, including roles at the City of Kotka and Silmäoptiikka Oy. From December 2010 to August 2012, Rantala worked as an assembly worker at Schneider Electric / Strömfors Electric. Following this, Rantala served as an HR Assistant and payroll manager at Etola Oy from April 2013 to April 2018, and progressed to HR Consultant at Rainmaker Business. Rantala joined Siili Solutions in September 2019, holding various roles including HR Specialist and HR Business Partner, ultimately becoming Head of People Services in August 2022. Rantala holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, and the Finnish Matriculation Examination from Langinkosken lukio, completed in 2010.
