Bas Kuilboer has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2009, they volunteered with Vrijwillig Wereldwijd, teaching both physically disabled adults and children aged 8-10. In 2010, they worked at UMC Utrecht, helping to automate their archives and gaining knowledge of innovation and improving business processes. In 2014, they completed a marketing and sales internship with Fondo del Instituto Nicaraguense de Desarollo, auditing, selling, and analyzing clients. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing and Sales Consultant for Spanish School Xpress. In 2016, they were a Research Intern for Elevate Health, writing a business research for an online Health course. In 2017, they were a d•HEALTH Barcelona Fellow at Biocat, BioRegion of Catalonia, and a Co-Founder of I-Ophthalmology. In 2018, they were a Growth Sales at Vandebron and an Adviseur Zorginnovatie at Zilveren Kruis. Since 2019, they have been a Business Developer at Siilo, Europe's fastest growing secure messaging and network platform designed for healthcare professionals.

Bas Kuilboer obtained their Havo degree from Herman Jordan College Zeist in 2007-2008. Bas then attended Luzac College HAVO and obtained their HAVO Economie degree in 2011. That same year, they also obtained their Cambridge English Advanced degree from EF Dublin. In 2011-2016, they attended Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen and obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance. In 2015, they obtained a Minor International Business and Marketing degree from Universidad de Ibagué. In 2017, they obtained their Master of Science (MSc) Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Life Sciences degree from Universitat de Barcelona. In 2009, they obtained a Voluntary Worldwide certification from Vrijwillig Wereldwijd.
