Jasper Aarts

Jasper Aarts has over 13 years of work experience in the software engineering field. In 2006, they began their career as an Intern at e-Messenger. In 2007, they moved to eBuddy, where they worked as a (Mobile/Backend) Developer. In 2014, they joined Picnic Supermarkets as a Backend Developer. In 2015, they moved to Siilo, where they served as a Sr. Backend Developer, an Engineering Team Lead (Remote), and eventually as Head of Engineering. During their tenure at Siilo, they were responsible for the backend written in Java 8 and the service desk support/administration web tool.

Jasper Aarts attended the University of Twente from 2000 to 2007, where they obtained a MSc in Telematics.
