Dawn Plotner

Dawn Plotner is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry. They began their career as an Information Systems Technical Support specialist at Osterman API and later served as an I.T. Consultant during the Y2K Remediation Project at Chase Manhattan. Dawn advanced through various roles, including Assistant Vice President, Business Analyst at Citi, and Business Solutions Manager at Epic-Premier Insurance Solutions. Most recently, they have held the position of Director of Solution Consulting at Sikich, where they oversee ConceptOne & Sure MGA Professional Services. Dawn earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from Owens Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
