Taylor Smith

Taylor Smith is a results-driven operations manager with several years of experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing efficiency improvement projects within the aviation and aerospace industry. Taylor began their career as a Mortgage Servicing Intern at M&T Bank and later gained experience as a Process Engineering Intern at Precision Castparts. They further advanced through roles including Management Development Program Associate, Production Supervisor, and Operations Manager. Most recently, Taylor has served as an Investment Banking Associate at Sikich and has risen to the position of Vice President, Investment Banking. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
