Beate Simavik

Beate Simavik is an experienced professional in leadership roles with a focus on security and quality. Currently serving as the Head of Security and Quality at Sikt since January 2022, Beate previously held the position of Organization Director at UNINETT from 2003 to December 2021, overseeing corporate administration, HR, communication, finance, and internal IT. Additional experience includes serving as a board member for both Vikhammer Håndballklubb and Malvik Idrettslag, as well as leadership roles in Malvik Håndball and Trøndelag Personalforum. Beate's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Knowledge Management from Copenhagen Business School and further studies at prominent institutions such as BI Norwegian Business School and the Norwegian School of Economics.
