Dr. Mark Sinclair is a systems developer and experienced university teacher in computer science and telecommunications, with a focus on computational intelligence and network design. Committed to the advancement of higher education in Cambodia for over eighteen years, they co-founded an MSc program, two university departments, and a software house. Currently, Dr. Sinclair serves as a Visiting Professor at the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia and a Senior Software Developer at SIL International while holding three fixed-term contracts as an MSc Project Supervisor and Academic Mentor. Previously, they held the position of Assistant Professor in Computer & Information Sciences at Northumbria University before transitioning to a systems developer role at Christians Against Poverty.
