John Lambert is an experienced software and electrical engineer with a strong background in various technical fields. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at SIL International since February 2023, John is focused on deploying natural language processing technology to aid in Bible translation for low-resource languages. Previously, John held multiple positions at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC from May 2020, contributing to continuous process innovation with advanced testing and analysis tools. John has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Safran, an Electrical Engineer at AGR International Inc and Pine Instrument Company, and a Systems Engineer at Exelis, where John engaged in image analysis, data analysis, and systems documentation. Internships at HCJB Global and Fisher-Price provided foundational experience prior to earning a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Math from Grove City College in 2009.
