Patrick Conley

Patrick Conley is an experienced facilities and plant manager with a diverse background in operations management. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since October 2022, Patrick previously held the position of Plant Manager at Xyleco, Inc. from September 2015 to March 2023 and at Cascade Windows from September 2014 to June 2015. Prior experience includes General Manager at Design Ready Controls from October 2009 to September 2014 and Production Manager at Takata from August 1993 to February 2009, where responsibilities included daily operations, strategic planning, and budget management. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from AIU University and an Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement from North Idaho College.
