Calvados M. has a diverse background in process technology and quality assurance within the food and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Technicien process at SILAB since June 2022, Calvados previously held positions as a Responsable de ligne de production at SVELTIC and an Assistant qualité at Antarctic Foods and Biscotterie La Chanteracoise. Educational qualifications include a BAC in biochimie génie biologique from lycée scientifique et technologique Paul Kouya, followed by a DUT in génie biologique specializing in food and biological industries from Université de Bordeaux, and a Licence professionnelle in génie biologique with a focus on bioproductions and agroalimentaire from Université de Limoges.
