Raphaël Dorgans

Raphaël Dorgans has a solid background in institutional communication and public affairs, currently serving as a parliamentary advisor at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères since 2023. They have previously held significant roles, including Public Affairs Manager and Executive Advisor for the Olympic & Paralympic Games in 2024, and Director of Institutional Communication and Public Affairs at Silae in 2025. Raphaël's experience also includes working as a parliamentary collaborator at the Assemblée nationale and as an assistant in the European Parliament.
