Kuniyasu Oya

Mr. Kuniyasu Oya spent 37 years in battery development at Sony, and was a key figure in the development of the first commercial Li-ion battery, launched in 1991. Before his retirement from Sony in January 2014, he was the Director of Li-ion Battery R&D.
