Vroni Raith

Vroni Raith is currently a member of the Silca HR team, focusing on Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, People Innovation, and Internal Communication within the dormakaba group. Vroni has previously served as a CSR Coordinator and Assistant at AKU Trekking Footwear, where they coordinated sustainability projects and managed ESG reporting. They also worked as a Customer Service Consultant at SNOWLEADER and held roles in marketing and promotions at Marker Dalbello Völkl France. Vroni holds a Master's degree in Business Development & Management from Carinthia University of Applied Sciences and completed Bachelor's degrees at IUT Annecy and INSEEC U. Sport CESNI Ski.
