Plamen Matanski

Plamen Matanski is an experienced Senior Java Developer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving in dual roles at Silensec and CYBER RANGES since September 2019, Plamen has previously held a similar title at PrimeTel PLC from January 2007 to September 2017, contributing to projects involving IPTV, DTV, and various multimedia services. Earlier experience includes a position as Software Developer at HTI Bulgaria from March 1998 to December 2006, focusing on commercial web applications and design utilizing a range of Java technologies and programming concepts. Plamen holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Military College and attended the Technical College of Electrical Engineering.
