We are three psychologists reaching out to introduce you to the power of self knowledge and flourishing relationships. We teach you how self understanding is the foundation for real communication. Check out our workshops, professional development, consultation, and coaching services. NEW Ecourse early Fall 2024.

Drs. Anderson, Banks and Owens have a longstanding record of working with groups and organizations. We specialize in assessing and addressing communication challenges that impact your work life balance, and home - effectively being misunderstood most of the time.

Since the recent release of our co authored book published by Random House, Silent Agreements: How to Free Your Relationships of Unspoken Expectations, we continue to engage diverse groups and organizations in conversations about the impact of silent agreements in the workplace. Silent Agreements refer to the "implicit" rules of relationships that arise from unspoken beliefs and expectations that both parties hold. In a diverse life of generational differences and workplace conflicts there is a high potential for a wide variety of mismatched silent agreements that can impact professional and personal identity.

We provide strategies and tools for more effective conversations to address these and other challenges in understanding and relating through basic communication.

Thank you in advance for your consideration as you plan your upcoming conferences, workshops, training, consultation/coaching.
