Barry Kramer

Barry Kramer has worked in the Information Security field since 1995 when they were self-employed as an Information Security Specialist. In 2006, they joined CRC as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where they managed the top role for IT Security, created the vision and direction of all IT Security related projects and directives, directed departmental operations and supervised employees. In 2017, they moved to S.E.D.A as the Vice President of Information Security. In 2021, they joined Silent Breach as an Information Security Consultant -vCISO-Virtual Chief Information Security Officer, specializing in network security and digital asset protection. Currently, they are employed at Cigna as an AppSec Vulnerabilities Reduction Triage.

Barry Kramer obtained multiple IT and IT Security Certifications, including CISSP, CISA, CEH, CISM, PCI-QSA, and SOX Security Auditor, as well as over a dozen vendor specific Certs. Barry also obtained an (ISC)2 Security CISSP certification from (ISC)\u00b2 in October 1999. Prior to this, they attended Moorpark College, where they completed the Exotic Animal Training and Management (EATM) program, with a focus on Exotic Animal Behavior.
