Julia Markiewicz

Julia Markiewicz is the current COO at Silent Eight. Prior to this, they were the CEO and founder of Fabryka Kadr Sp. z o.o. from April 2008 to April 2013. In this role, they provided leadership, management and strategy to the business, oversaw operational improvement across all areas of the company, and created a long term strategic and financial plan. Julia also monitored company activities and ensured the business operated within guidleines, formulated company policies and strategies with a view to driving growth, advised on the future growth of the business, provided strategic analysis, forecasts and projections to the business, oversaw company-wide re-organisation and restructuring, investigated opportunities to grow the business through strategic acquisitions, carried out due diligence for potential company acquisitions, oversaw the creation of strategic partnerships with relevant organisations, ensured efficient use of company assets across the organisation, represented the business in financial negotiations with investors and banks, and recruited and provided direction to company directors.

Julia Markiewicz has a Master's degree in Social Policy from Uniwersytet Warszawski.
