OUR MISSION "Our mission at Silent Waves is to enable people in their position as a leader or in a team, in their direct environment in organizations and companies, to recognize change, to name it clearly and to actively shape it themselves. Every change has consequences for people, which we need to be aware of in order to be able to adapt to them. To do this, it is often necessary not only to focus on what is supposedly visible, but also, to take up the image of the wave and the sea, to engage with the world below the surface of the water, where our usual senses such as seeing, hearing, smelling and tasting no longer function.
