Josh Eley

Josh Eley, M.S., is a Senior Manager of Business Operations at Silfex, Inc., where they are responsible for leading the company's quarterly S&OP cycle and overseeing the business analytics team. Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University, specializing in Operations Management and Finance, and later earned a Master’s of Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. They have held various positions within FCA's supply chain and sales organizations, including roles as Supply Chain Manager and Program Manager, and have experience as an intern with both Chrysler and Macy's.
