Jerry Dy

Jerry Dy has extensive work experience in finance and analysis. Jerry currently serves as the Finance Director at Silgan, where they lead the company's monthly Forecast process and annual Budgeting process. Jerry is responsible for managing a multitude of contracts worth $2 billion in revenue and actively looks for opportunities to improve customer contribution margin.

Before joining Silgan, Jerry worked at Dole Food Company as a Financial Analyst and later as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, they managed product pricing for key customers and suppliers, amounting to millions in revenue and costs. Jerry also supported management during contractual negotiations and performed sales accruals and periodic reconciliations.

Jerry Dy graduated from Pitzer College in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Economics. Jerry then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1999.
