Sam Anderson

Sam Anderson has extensive experience in operations and safety management, currently serving as a WHS Manager at Amazon since January 2020, overseeing safety for a large workforce at a Robotics Fulfillment Center. Prior experience includes roles at Silgan Containers as Coating, Coil and Litho Department Assistant Superintendent and Continuous Improvement and Safety Manager, and a Sales Engineer position at Zenith Cutter where annual sales of $3.3 million were maintained. Additional notable positions include Director of Continuous Improvement at Smurfit-Stone Container Corp., where management of plant safety programs was key, and a lengthy career as a mechanic in the Seabees. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a Roseville High School graduate.
