Silhouet Architects is a youthful firm steeped in a rich history and brimming with extensive experience. Although it was established in 2023, it carries forward the legacy of Architectuurbureau Lowette, founded in 1990 by the visionary architect Karel Lowette, which later evolved into Lowette & Partners in 2014 when engineer-architect Sigrid Banck and architect André Gérardy joined the fold. Today, together with engineer-architect Shawnee Weynants and architect Florianne Van Fraeyenhoven, they are signing with Silhouet architects for a renewed dynamic while upholding unwavering flexibility and a commitment to quality. Naturally, they are supported by a dedicated team of architects who possess a wealth of expertise in this field.

Silhouet Architects serves as your trusted partner for projects within the Brussels Capital Region and its suburban areas, spanning both Flanders and Wallonia. Their profound understanding of the intricate laws and regulations specific to the region, coupled with an extensive network encompassing both Dutch and French-speaking communities, positions them as a valuable asset. Clients can come to us for both the renovation and new construction of residential, commercial and retail projects, all with a penchant for the harmonious integration of diverse functions.

We adopt an integrated approach, acting as the vital link between our clients, consulting agencies, governmental bodies, contractors, and manufacturers. This collaborative effort ensures the realization of projects that are not only of the highest quality but also sustainable and enduring.

With our proficient, multilingual, and diverse team of experts, we consistently endeavor to craft sustainable and viable designs that enhance the overall value for the building owner, contribute positively to the environment, and enrich the everyday experience of the design's users.
