Dejun W.

Dejun W. is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in RFIC design, with a career spanning over two decades in the semiconductor industry. Currently, Dejun serves as a Staff RFIC Design Engineer at Silicon Labs, focusing on the development of a 0dBm CMOS class D power amplifier in TSMC 22nm process for BLE applications, achieving first silicon success since November 2021. Prior to this, Dejun held the position of Senior Staff IC Designer at Cirrus Logic, where expertise included BLE debugging and inductance sensor frontend development. Dejun's career also includes significant roles at Atmel Corporation, Newport Media Inc., Mindspeed Technology, and Crystal Semiconductor, contributing to various projects ranging from complex sigma delta ADCs to envelope tracking power amplifiers. Dejun holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Thermal Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
