Senior Process Engineer at Silicon Line

Harrie Schell has held various positions in the engineering industry since 1988. Harrie began their career as a Chemical Analist in 1988, followed by Military Service. In 1992, they joined Flat Panel Display Co. as a Process Development/Integration/Engineering, where they developed and integrated wet process steps in cooperation with research, and introduced new products from design to release from manufacturing. In 1999, Harrie moved to Philips Mobile Display Systems as a Process Integrator, where they transferred automotive module assembly from Heerlen to Hong Kong to Shenzhen. In 2005, they joined Philips Medical Systems as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for production and development of TFT based X-ray sensors, and coached other engineers in improving their skills. In 2010, Harrie joined Polymer Vision as a Process Engineer, where they developed and produced TFT based rollable displays, and transferred products from wafer (development) to glass plates (production). Since 2016, Harrie has been a Senior Process Engineer at Silicon Line GmbH.

Harrie Schell began their education in 1981 at Analistenschool Noord Limburg, studying Chemistry. Harrie then returned to the same school from 1984 to 1987, earning an Ing in Chemical Analysis Techniques.
