Jasper Poos

Jasper Poos serves as the General Manager at Commonwealth Bank since September 2015, contributing to the organization's vision of enhancing financial services in Australia. In addition to this role, Jasper Poos is the Chairman of the Board at The RegTech Association and has been instrumental in promoting RegTech innovation and ethical business practices since January 2018. Further involvement includes serving on the Board Risk and Audit sub-Committee at Silicon Quantum Computing Pty. Ltd. since May 2022, focusing on the future impacts of quantum computing. With a strong background in compliance, Jasper Poos held the position of Global Head of Compliance at ING from August 2006 to August 2015 and began a career in regulatory supervision at the AFM, the regulator of Dutch Financial Markets. Jasper Poos also held a managerial role at AEGON from 1997 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a law degree from Utrecht University.
