Simon Segars

Simon Segars is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in leadership and board governance across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Vodafone and Dolby Laboratories, Segars also holds positions including Chairperson at Silicon Quantum Computing and Executive Advisor at Black Opal Ventures. Additionally, Segars is a Senior Adviser at Permira and has been involved with Edge Impulse and the Electronic System Design Alliance. Previously, Segars spent over three decades at Arm, culminating in roles such as CEO and President, and has contributed to the Global Semiconductor Alliance as a Board Member. Educational credentials include an MSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sussex.
