Adrian M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2002, they served as a Captain in the US Army, where they developed leadership skills and gained valuable experiences. Following their military service, Adrian worked as Government Affairs & Land Development at Range Resources, where they played a crucial role in drafting ordinances and collaborating with local municipalities. In 2019, they joined Canacre as a Project Manager, supporting renewable energy developers with strategy consulting and overseeing various teams. Adrian then moved on to the National Renewable Energy Corporation in 2021 as a Senior Manager in Development. Currently, Adrian holds the position of Senior Manager, Project Development at Silicon Ranch Corporation and will assume the role of Director, Strategic Planning and Initiatives starting in December 2022.
Adrian M. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Sustainability and Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned their JD degree from Cleveland State University College of Law. Adrian also holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Case Western Reserve University. Adrian has received additional certifications, including a Pennsylvania Attorney License, obtained in 2007. Adrian has also completed training programs at the US Army Officer Candidate School and the United States Army Transportation School in 2003 and 2004, respectively. Adrian also has experience in Psychological Operations from the US John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center & School.
