James Millis

James Millis has a diverse work experience in the power plant maintenance and solar energy industry. James is currently the Director of Power Plant Maintenance at Silicon Ranch Corporation since April 2023. Previously, they held positions of Senior Manager and Manager of Power Plant Maintenance at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Ecoplexus, Inc. as a Quality Control and Commissioning Manager, where they designed and implemented procedures for solar farm construction and managed SCADA/DAS hardware design. James also served as a Construction Manager at Ecoplexus, coordinating multiple utility scale solar facility projects. Before joining Ecoplexus, they worked as a Project Manager and Field Service Technician at Miller Bros Solar. James also has experience as an Electrical Foreman at Amec Foster Wheeler and MMR Group, as well as an Electrician at Fagen Inc. throughout their career.

James Millis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2019. James then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
