…develop a narrative that ties together the company’s past, developments in its industry, its unique capabilities, positioning, strategy and other elements, into a story that is credible, appealing and consistent with the company’s objectives for the transaction; 
…refine financial models where necessary to support industry and/or financing metrics, scenario planning, valuation analysis, returns analysis, etc;  
…create marketing documents for the company that convincingly tie factual information into the structure of the narrative to position the company as a desirable target for the transaction;
…prepare the company to provide and organize the preliminary due-diligence items necessary to allow an interested party to provide an LOI;
