Shane Starr has a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having held various positions in the past twelve years. In 2008, they were the VP of Sales at ThoughtLab. Two years later, they co-founded NuEthic, where they managed all aspects of account acquisition, expansion, delivery, and retention. In 2014, they were the Head of Sales at Motivosity, where they were part of the go-to-market team and helped build a team to deliver revenue to the business. From 2015 to 2021, they held various positions at Instructure, including Director of Corporate Sales (North and South America), Director of Mid-Market Corporate Sales, and Regional Director. In 2018, they joined Energi Life, Inc. as an Advisory Board Member. Shane was an Investor at Blue Owl AI in 2019 and an Advisory Board Member at Leaddelta in 2021. Shane is currently the Head of Revenue at Fletch since 2022.

Shane Starr obtained a BA in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University between 2000 and 2006. In 2006, they also obtained a certification in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey. In 2015, they obtained a certification in the Challenger Sales Methodology from CEB, now Gartner. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Customer Centric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling®.
