Mike Will

Mike Will has a wealth of experience in executive management and operations. Mike began their career in 1986 as a Service Manager at Hoppmann Corporation, where they installed high-end professional audio and video systems for high-level Department of Defense installations around the world. In 1988, they joined Compression Labs Inc. as their first remote field manager and was quickly promoted to Director of Global Technical Operations. In 1997, they joined VTEL Corp. as the Senior Director of Global Technical Operations and was responsible for customer support, TACs, training, professional services, and field service. In 2000, they moved to Larscom Inc. as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Customer Support, where they managed teams ranging from 10 to 65 in size and maintained high cycle-turn rate and costs below corporate targets. In 2005, they joined NextHop Technologies as the Vice President of Customer Operations and in 2011, they moved to Public Wireless as the Vice President of Operations & Support. In 2014, they joined ShotSpotter, Inc. as the Vice President of Service Solutions and was a tactical and operational leader of customer facing teams. Finally, in 2023, they joined Silke Communications, Inc. as President and CEO.
