Sian Boyce has been working in the retail industry since 2014. Sian began as a Florist owner at La Belle Fleur and then moved on to SilkFred.com in 2018, where they held the roles of Community Manager and Customer Service Representative. In 2022, they became a Retail Engagement Manager at NuORDER by Lightspeed.

Sian Boyce attended Seevic College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Fashion and Design. Prior to that, they attended Chafford Hundred Campus from 2005 to 2010.
