Mariam Mdoreuli

Mariam Mdoreuli has over a decade of experience in financial analysis and reporting, currently serving as the Head of Financial Reporting and Analyses at Silknet since December 2013. In this role, Mariam leads quarterly consolidated IFRS audits, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of financial statements, while also overseeing the preparation of the Accounting Separation statement for regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Mariam held the position of Senior Specialist in Financial Analysis and Budgeting, contributing to the M&A of Geocell and the issuance of the company’s first Eurobond. Early career roles included positions at Bank Republic, where Mariam worked as an Installment Loan Officer. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Finance from International Black Sea University and an exchange program in Business Administration and Management from Biznesa augstskola Turība.
