Tom Rayner

Tom Rayner is the founder of Sillion, a consultancy focused on corporate ESG advice and communications strategy in the renewables and sustainability sectors. With over a decade of experience in corporate communications and strategy, Tom has worked at board level with various companies from start-ups to FTSE100 organizations. Prior to founding Sillion in 2019, Tom consulted for high-profile clients in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, and established Venn.com from 2010 to 2013. Tom holds a degree from the University of Oxford, which was completed in 2006.
