Currently serving as the Manager of Partner Solutions at SiLo since May 2020, Dillon excels in overseeing sales and negotiations, developing partner strategies, and managing a performance-driven team. Previously, Dillon held the role of Partner Solutions Manager, demonstrating expertise in DOT regulations, market trends, and third-party logistics services. Dillon began a career in sales as a Sales Development Representative at One Point from August 2019 to June 2021 and also worked as a Bartender at The Row from February 2017 to June 2021. Dillon is an alumnus of SAE Institute North America, completing studies from 2011 to 2012.
