Head of Customer Success at Silo

Heather Ayer is the current Head of Customer Success at Silo. Heather has held various positions in customer success, marketing, and operations over the last decade. Heather started their career as an International Program Coordinator at Direct Relief International, where they worked for two years. Heather then became an Assistant Field Marketing Manager at Neuro Brands LLC., before moving on to GoodThreads, where they were a Customer Success Manager. Heather spent nine years at Procore Technologies, where they ultimately became the Director of Revenue Operations. In this role, they established, managed, and grew partnerships with national non-profits. Heather is experienced in identifying client needs and leading them through the process of campaigning. Heather is also skilled in developing best practices for non-profits to ensure high adoption rates, increased awareness and engagement. Heather has a proven track record in working cross-departmentally to establish transparency and efficiency in managing account progress, improving product development, increasing sales and delivering customer satisfaction.

Heather Ayer has a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine and a Spanish Language and Literature degree from Universitat de Barcelona. Heather also has a certification from Procore Technologies in Procore Certified: Associate.

Their manager is Matt Chappell, VP, Sales.
