Mark Weaver

Mark Weaver serves as a Managing Partner at Collate Capital, a technology-focused venture firm that invests in early-stage companies. In addition to this role, Mark is an investor in several companies, including First Due, which provides cloud-based solutions for public safety agencies, and Pawp, Inc., a digital health platform for pets. Mark has been an investor in the New York Shipping Exchange, a contract settlement platform for ocean freight, and is a member of New York Angels, an active angel investing group in New York City. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Saratoga Investment Corp., as well as roles at GSC Group and Citigroup. Mark holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Arts in Modern History from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
