Noel Sanchez

Noel Sanchez, CFE, currently serves in the Risk, Capital & Payments division at Silo since November 2022 and is the Founder of naleu, a company focused on providing working capital to underserved small business owners through innovative and transparent lending solutions, established in May 2020. Previously, Noel held key positions at Nearside, directing banking and credit product lines, and raised over $200MM in SPV debt financing while managing risk and credit operations. As the first Director of Operations at Biz2Credit, Noel oversaw a team of over 20 in credit product management. Earlier experience includes managing risk and payment operations at Merchant Cash and Capital LLC and supporting business development and corporate strategy at Municipal Credit Union. Noel holds education credentials from Syracuse University and New York University, including formal credit training and risk management.
